Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note:
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
- Processing time does not include delivery time

We ship to the following regions with estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- New Zealand: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
Please Note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, high-volume shipping periods (holidays, sales events), and remote delivery locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your cart.
International Shipping
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders (outside the United States), please be aware that:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities are the customer's responsibility
- These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more information
Delivery Times for International Orders
International shipments may take longer due to customs clearance. The estimated delivery times listed above account for typical customs processing, but delays can occur.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
- Address changes may be possible if requested before the order is shipped—please contact us immediately at contact@reviflo.com
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package):
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment
- Reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility
- Alternatively, you may request a refund (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or other household members
- Look around your delivery location for the package
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If the package cannot be located, contact us at contact@reviflo.com
While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately at contact@reviflo.com with your order number and photos
- We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
