At ReviFlo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with your ReviFlo product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components
- Testing Allowed: You may test the product to ensure it meets your expectations, but it must be in resalable condition
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products returned without original packaging
- Products with missing components or accessories
- Products that have been damaged through misuse or negligence
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@reviflo.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
ReviFlo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
If rejected:
- We will notify you of the reason for rejection
- You may request the item be shipped back to you at your expense
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in cases of defects or damage. To request an exchange:
- Email us at contact@reviflo.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), and your request
- We will provide instructions for the exchange process
For exchanges due to defects or damage caused during shipping, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@reviflo.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the damage or defect
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@reviflo.com.
- Before Processing: If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it for a full refund
- After Processing: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return once you receive the item
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary
